Venue: West Kowloon Cultural District – Harbourfront Event Space
Scope of Work:
- Outdoor event venue setup
- Large backdrops, lightboxes, custom-built wooden and iron frames
- Poster, billboard, and standee production and installation
- Design and production of VIP passes, souvenir packaging, and promotional materials

Key Challenges

Tight Timeline

The majority of the setup was completed within just three weeks, requiring intensive planning and on-site coordination.

Weather Conditions

With the event scheduled in the peak of summer, heavy rain and extreme temperatures posed significant difficulties for outdoor installations.

The scale of the production was equivalent to half a Harbourfront event site, including not only traditional branding elements but also a range of souvenir and collateral support.
